LASURECO SEEKS PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING

MARAWI CITY: Lanao del Sur Electric Cooperative (Lasureco) has sought for the public’s understanding and patience as the power provider is undertaking measures to improve electricity in Marawi City and the province of Lanao del Sur.
As of June 21, Lasureco’s lineworkers are installing the 3-Phase Double Circuit 13.2 KV Distribution Line at Barangay Poblacion Marawi diversion Road to Sagonsongan, a Lasureco statement said.
Areas affected are connected to 7.5 MVA Feeder 1 Buadi Sacayo Marawi, Marantao, Balindong, Tugaya, Bacolod-Kalawi, and Cadayonan.
“We apologize for any inconvenience it might have caused the member-consumers and public in general as we posted this scheduled power interruption ahead of time,” said Nordjiana L. Dipatuan Ducol, Lasureco general manager.
“Should the above works will be completed ahead of schedule, we will energize line immediately. Thank you for your usual understanding and cooperation,” Ducol added.
Earlier, a press announcement from Lasureco revealed of a scheduled power interruption on June 20 and 21 due to the construction of 3-Phase Double Circuit 13.2 KV Distribution Line .
