DTI Marawi team distributes 4,631 grocery kits to IDPs

MARAWI CITY, Lanao del Sur: The Marawi team of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) has so far distributed 4, 631 Grocery Kits to Marawi Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) and 1, 336 additional School Supplies for Marawi team only, an official said.

The distribution front liners in Marawi started their special skeletal distribution last March 30, 2020 amid the pandemic Coronavirus disease (Covid-19), according to Butch Sani Pangaibat, DTI distribution team leader-special concern Group.

So far, the team Distributed 4, 631 Grocery Kits to the IDPs Recipient and 1, 336 additional School Supplies for Marawi team only.

“There is also a simultaneous distribution in Iligan City for IDPs who are locked down during Enhance community Quarantine (ECQ) led by Project Manager Dr. Rosalinda Pineda,” Pangaibat added.

He said before Covid-19, the DTI Distribution Team had distributed grocery kits on March 2, 2020.

Distribution Frontliner Marawi Team were composed of Abdul Basset P. Hadji Zaman, Assistant Project Manager, Dimnatang Radia Consultant, Saga Pagariongan Consultant, Aleem Saad Amate Monitoring Head, Mauro Magpili Jr., Management Head Unit.
