MARAWI CITY: The Philippine National Police (PNP) in Lanao del Sur received basic goods and commodities from the contractors of the province trans-central road as donations to police frontliners.
Police Colonel Madzgani M. Mukaram, provincial director of Lanao del Sur Police Provincial Office (LDSPPO), expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the contractors for making the provincial police as one of the beneficiaries of their corporate responsibility by responding to the call of the National Government in the fight to contain the COVID-19 Pandemic through donations to frontliners in the province.
Mukaram said LDSPPO received 800 bags of rice of 25 kilos each, plus Php206,400.00 worth of canned goods, noodles and coffee from the contractors which were evenly distributed to the recipients on Monday at the Camp Bagong Amai Pakpak here.
He said the recipients are the 39 Municipal Police Stations and component Marawi City Police Station; 1st and 2nd Provincial Mobile Force Company and its component platoons; 1403rd RMFC, and National Support Units stationed in the area – 103rd SAC, SAF; Highway Patrol Group; Provincial Health Service and Provincial Crime Laboratory Office,” Mukaram added.
The group of contractors of trans central road are: MMA Achiever Const. & Dev’t. Corp. under Amer G. Rakim – General Manager; Fiat Construction Service under Farouk M. Fiat – General Manager; Al Hussien Construction under Engr. Cosain C. Dalidig – General Manager/Proprietor; CDH Construction under Engr. Cariyong D. Hadji Malic – General Manager; NB Salbo Construction under Nasser B. Salbo – General Manager; Kouzbary Builders under Lani-Rohan M. Kouzbary – General Manager; Renren Trading & Const Services under Ayobjhann L. Sumandar – General Manager, and Flying Seven Corporation under Olfarrah Omerah M. Mangondato – General Manager and Secretary for the Group.
A total amount of Php3,262,800.00 was donated by the group to the frontliners, including Lanao del Sur PPO; 103rd Infantry Brigade, Philippine Army; Amai Pakpak Medical Center; IPHO Lanao del Sur and Marawi City Health Office.
