Voters may register from January 20, 2020 until September 30, 2021.

The Commission on Election (COMELEC) Voter Registration Schedule has resumed on Monday, January 20 and will end on September 30, 2021, by virtue of the Resolution No. 10549 or the “Rules and Regulations on the Resumption of the System of Continuing Registration of Voters,” that the COMELEC has issued.
Registration is open from Monday through Saturday from 8:00 Am to 5:00 PM except Maundy Thursday, Holy Friday and December 25 Christmas.
Eligible to register are those who will be 18 years old or above at the time of the May 9, 2022 national and local elections, have resided in the Philippines for at least one year, and in the barangay where they will vote for at least six months at the time of the May 9, 2022 national and local elections, and who is not disqualified by law.
They may register at the local election offices in their cities or municipalities and must bring any of the following identifications: Student ID, Employee’s ID, NCIP Certificate of Confirmation, PWD Discount Card, SSS/GSIS, Passport, Postal, NBI Clearance, Driver’s License, Senior Citizen’s ID, PRC License, and IBP ID.
Cedula and Police Clearance are not accepted.
Other applications to be filed are: transfer of registration record, reactivation, change of name, correction of entries in the registration record, reinstatement of registered voters, and updating of records of PWDs, Senior Citizen, members of IPs and ICCs.
